              The media are invited tomorrow morning when Chairman Charles Evans recognizes Roberta Walker, who turned 104 on March 21, with a Certificate of Celebration on behalf of the Cumberland County Board of Commissioners.
               
              The presentation will take place in the front yard and social distancing will be practiced.
