Stachia’s Fully Loaded Grill & Mart opens downtown
Fayetteville, NC: The Cool Spring Downtown District welcomes Stachia’s Fully Loaded Grill & Mart to the District. You may have seen their food cart at local events, but now you can grab their tasty meals at their new location 200 Robeson Street. We were pleased to sit down with the owner/operator of Stachia’s Fully Loaded Gill & Mart, Stachia Arnold to learn about what made her transition from food cart to food mart!
Why did you choose to open Stachia’s Full Loaded Grill & Mart?
I started with a food trailer in 2018. It was a success yet the ongoing challenge was people wanting to know where we were each day. That inspired us to open the first brick and mortar location in Spring Lake 2019. From there, we quickly aimed to expand to Fayetteville and why not downtown? The location was perfect, and we felt Roberson Street would be a great place to get exposure and share our fully loaded items with the area. I’m a foodie and I want our items to be an exceptional experience for your tastebuds with EVERY bite.
What items does your menu offer?
Made to order handcrafted cuisine is on our menu. Our specialty dishes include: Rice bowls, philly sandwiches, burgers, loaded potatoes and wings. Fish Fry Friday is always a great day to try out our food. The weekly special offers two pieces of Whiting or Tilapia with your choice of two sides; fries, baked beans, coleslaw, onion rings or salad and hushpuppies and a drink for $9.75.
In addition to the food, Stachia’s Fully Loaded Grill and Mart is also a convenience store. Tell us about that.
The grill is our primary economic engine, but the market offers customers everyday grab and go items like bottled beverages, snacks, and more. We liked the how the “mart” enhances the customer experience.
You spoke about finding the perfect location downtown, can you tell us why it was important for you to be in downtown Fayetteville?
“I’m a native of Spring Lake born and raised. Also, with being a US Army Veteran I felt pride in coming back to my hometown and building a brand. Fayetteville has a lot of locally owned small businesses that have a lot to offer. We wanted to be a part of the community of small business owners”, said Arnold. The lease was negotiated by Dino H of Empire Commercial Realty and Donyelle Fuller of DFB Premier Properties.
Being a veteran herself, she has a great amount of respect for those that defend our country. Stachia's Fully Loaded Grill offers all active duty and veteran military personnel 10% off their prepared food purchases EVERYDAY. Stachia’s Fully Loaded Grill & Mart is located on 200 Robeson Street and is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00AM-10:00PM and Sunday from 7:00AM-8:00PM.
