    County Submits Amended Coronavirus Relief Fund Plan  FAYETTEVILLE – The Cumberland County Board of Commissioners approved a modified Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) Plan on Sept. 10 that outlines the proposed use of $12.2 million allocated to the county by the General Assembly.
