Cumberland Community Foundation is a partnership of donors, non-profit organizations, and the community working together to find solutions to pressing community needs. Today, it manages more than 430 different donor funds, started by people from all walks of life, and the endowments of many area nonprofit organizations.
Cumberland Community Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization that acts as a vehicle for facilitating personalized and endowed individual, family, and corporate philanthropy. Under CCF's umbrella tax-exempt status, donors may create ''family endowments'' through an array of fund options.
Many philanthropists have chosen Cumberland Community Foundation as their charitable giving partner and created endowment funds to benefit programs that are important to them and our communities. Each year, these endowment funds provide grants to hundreds of nonprofit organizations.
