    Job Description
    WorldWide Language Resources was established in 1995 to provide U.S. and allied governments, corporations, non-profits and non-governmental organizations with highly skilled linguists, cultural experts, role players, intelligence analysts and other professionals.  We support a wide range of operational missions and environments globally, from executive boardrooms in major international cities to austere mission areas.  Our core business is language support services.
     
    The Pricing Analyst will work in the Business Development Department and will be responsible for the following:
    • Conducts market research and makes recommendations regarding pricing policies
    • Responsible for pricing of services in order to stay competitive in the market
    • Maintains historical pricing data on the organization and its competitors
    • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, as well as basic Government contracting
    • Prepare multi-year cost and pricing models to include labor, subcontracts, travel, and materials in accordance with Performance Work Statements for proposals
    • Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations
    • Provide project support and analysis for ongoing contracts to program managers with regard to pricing for follow-on opportunities and additions to current contracts
    • Use existing or developed Excel models and standardized templates for company use during pricing exercises
    • In coordination with program managers, prepare projections of revenue and expenses for projects based on numerous variables and data assumptions
    • Maintain, and analyze the Business Development department’s budget to include all operative and administrative expenses
    • Recommends strategies to bridge price-to-win and price-to-perform options
    • Perform margin and pricing analysis to support key business initiatives as required.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
    • Performs a variety of tasks that may require a certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected
    • Required Qualifications:  
      • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
      • Experience working in proposal development and pricing analysis for government contracts
      • Strong communication skills; ability to present topics to small and medium sized groups, lead meetings, etc. 
      • Strong English language skills to include advanced-level grammar and style
      • Minimum 3 years' experience creating reports or other work products disseminated for official use
      • Minimum 3 years' experience working on and leading project teams
      • Experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability multitask
      • Experience demonstrating the ability to think creatively and strategically  
      • Experience working independently with little direct supervision, while managing time and suspense dates
    • Desired Qualifications:  
      • Experience in defense contracting
      • Experience in proposal work, specifically technical writing
      • PMP certification
