    Event Description:
    Operation Thrive is a wellness event for military and veteran spouses sponsored by the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic, Cumberland County Schools and the Rick Herrema Foundation. The event will have multiple parts- a yoga session for relaxation and flexibility by Resound Yoga, a self-care lecture by Richelle Futch, a published author and military spouse, a presentation about essential oils and their power to transform your health and environment, nutritional cooking tips and presentations and a healthy meal by Cooking for Fitness. All attendees will receive a workbook from the self-care presentation and a gift bag with essential oils and other little treasures.
    This workshop is intended for military and veteran spouses and limited to 50 people. Childcare space is also limited to 20 children (ages 3 months-18 yrs).

    Registration fee is $10 that covers the lunch, workbook, childcare and gift bag.
