    Food businesses have small margins but that doesn’t mean they aren’t profitable! Your profit can be lost if your food cost isn’t monitored. You could also lose potential customers if they don’t know what your signature items are and/or cannot read your menu.  A WBC counselor from the Center for Economic Empowerment and Development (CEED) will cover how to determine what should be offered on your menu, how to calculate the cost of each item, how to price your menu, and how to display your offering to potential customers.
